Provider and booking
Lessons are provided by Thomas Denman, trading as [BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], [EMAIL]. Live online English lessons are delivered via Zoom or Google Meet. Book through TidyCal; payments are processed by Stripe in GBP. Check the lesson type, time zone and price before confirming. Your booking confirmation records the agreed service.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a lesson. Later cancellations are charged at the full lesson price or deducted from package credit. Use the link in your booking confirmation or contact [EMAIL]. If I cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund for that lesson.
Package validity
Packages are for 60-minute lessons. The 5-lesson package is valid for 3 months, the 10-lesson package is valid for 6 months, the 20-lesson package is valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds for unused lessons
Contact [EMAIL] about unused lessons or package credit. Any refund is subject to your statutory rights and the agreed package terms. [REFUND TERMS FOR UNUSED LESSONS AND PACKAGE CREDIT] must be confirmed before sales begin. Nothing in these terms limits statutory remedies if a service is not supplied as agreed.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy online as a consumer, UK or applicable EU rules generally give you 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. Contact [EMAIL] with your booking reference and a clear cancellation request. If you expressly request lessons to begin during that period, a proportionate charge may be due for services already provided. Your cancellation right ends after the service is fully performed only where you expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged that consequence. Applicable statutory rights take priority over these terms.
Recording
No lesson may be recorded without the prior consent of everyone participating.
